We only keep what we need to answer estimate requests and run the business.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we store your name, email, optional phone number, project type, city, and message so we can follow up. Our staff see those inquiries in a private portal. If email notifications are turned on, a copy may also go to our company mailbox. Deleting a message in the portal removes it from the staff inbox. It does not pull back an email that was already sent. We do not sell this information.
Site usage
We collect basic first-party pageview counts (page path, approximate device size, and optional referrer host) to understand which pages get used. We do not use third-party analytics scripts for this, and we do not show raw visitor IP addresses in our staff tools.
How long we keep it
Messages stay available to authorized staff until they are deleted in the normal course of business. If you want a message removed, contact us and ask. Detailed pageview rows are kept for a limited period; daily totals may be retained longer for reporting.
